Instructions:
This educational offering is a full online course. This course is rated
at 4 hours of educational materials. You will have
2 weeks from the date you start the training to complete the course
by reading ALL of the course materials, then successfully passing the
test with 75% correct answers or better. Upon scoring the test, proof
of course completion will be sent to your email address. This
email will be the ONLY notification of course completion you will receive.
Print the email and save for your records as proof you completed the
training course. If you do not pass the test, you will have to wait
up to 72 hours for the system to allow you to re-attempt the course
test. During that time, we suggest that you use the time to review the
