It
is our policy for every participant to be happy with their training
experience. However, because of the HUNDREDS, even THOUSANDS of
different computer types and configurations, we cannot be responsible
if your equipment is not compatible with our training system. We
have created a short "How
does a web seminar work" video that we encourage you to
watch to instruct you how the software will work during a live training
event. We will to the extent possible assist you within limits
to attend the LIVE CME training course. However all help will be
suspended once the training event starts. There will
be NO REFUND if you cannot figure out how the software works.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you cannot attend the training
course, we will give you a full refund if you cancel
more than 72 hours from the start of the training.
If you cancel less than 72 hours we will happily give you credit
toward our online
static CME training available 24/7 OR re-schedule you into our
next available LIVE CME course, within reason. All sales
are final. By purchasing our training, you understand and
agree to abide by this refund policy. |

We will NO LONGER be making and creating audio CDs or Video CDs that will be shipped out. All replays will be delivered via electronic media online. All products will be available online and will be the same cost as the training course. No certificates will be issued for courses that are not issued on our broadcast network. |
