464.203(7) A certified nursing assistant shall complete 12 hours of inservice training during each calendar year. 24 hours total to renew your CNA License, This information MUST be verified BEFORE the state will renew your license. You CANNOT work without a valid CNA license! The certified nursing assistant shall be responsible for maintaining documentation demonstrating compliance with these provisions. The Council on Certified Nursing Assistants, in accordance with FS. 464.2085(2)(b), shall propose rules to implement this subsection.
