Instructions:
This educational offering is a full online course. This course is rated at 2 hours CEUs (continuing education units) of educational materials. You will have 2 weeks from the date you start the training to complete the course by reading ALL of the course materials, then successfully passing the test with 75% correct answers or better. Upon completing the course, proof of course completion will be sent to your email address. If you do not pass the test, you must notify the webmaster and ask that your score be released. We will release your course, and you will be able to re-test again. The email of course completion is the ONLY notification you will receive. Print the email and save for your records as proof you completed the training. You should also complete the CME Reporting form to be sent to the Dispute Resolution Center for certification renewal.
