What information do we collect?

And how do we use it?

We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage, in aggregate, to help us develop the design and layout of the site. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the web site and new FloridaCEUS.com services.

Will we disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

No! FloridaCEUS.com does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone, ever. The only exception to this rule is if we are mandated to do so by state law. Again, some state boards require that we post licensee numbers to their database for training verification. We will NEVER sell any of your personal information for any reason.

FloridaCEUS.com may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

FloridaCEUS.com may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with law, to enforce or apply the terms of any of our client agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of FloridaCEUS.com, our customers and clients, our end-users, or others.

How do we protect customer information?

When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is transmitted to our database. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?

Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, and they are used only in conjunction with FloridaCEUS.coms testing applications. We do not read any information other than what training course(s) you have taken with us.

How do we allow customers to update or change the information it collects?
