We appologize that you did not pass the course test. Our tests are created from the course materials. Submit the form below, with ALL the information requested. We will re-set your test results. You will be cleared to re-take the test in approx. 24-48 hours. In the meantime, we suggest that you go back and RE-READ ALL the course materials. First attempt at re-test is free, each additional attempt is charged as regular price.

You must allow 24-48 hours for your test results to update the database. You will be cleared at that time to re-take the test. We suggest during that waiting period, that you go back and re-read ALL the material in the course again. We allow 1 additional attempt at passing the test. Each additional attempt will be charged at the regular course rate.
